Casa Agua is an oceanfront villa designed around light, space, and a seamless connection to the outdoors. From the moment of arrival, the home makes an impression with its tranquil entrance courtyard, where stepping stones cross a reflective water feature framed by tropical greenery and clean architectural lines.
Inside, the residence opens into comfortable and beautifully composed living spaces with high ceilings, natural stone floors, wood accents, and a calm, understated palette. The main lounge and covered terraces are designed for effortless gathering, while the dining area and adjacent kitchen create an inviting setting for shared meals, relaxed mornings, and easy entertaining.
Outdoors, the villa unfolds toward a long swimming pool, manicured lawn, and ocean-facing terraces that invite all-day enjoyment. - Full refund if cancelled 90+ days before arrival
- 50% refund if cancelled 61–89 days before arrival
- No refund within 60 days of arrival
- Peak weeks are non-refundable
- Staff working hours: 8 am to 4 pm
- Security deposit equivalent to one night is required (Refunded after departure inspection)
