Golf Course Condo
Condo Allegra is designed for relaxed days that flow naturally between indoors and out. The main living area opens wide to a covered terrace, bringing together a comfortable lounge, dining spaces, a warm open kitchen, and outdoor seating in one inviting setting. Large sliding doors connect the interiors to the terrace, where guests can enjoy shaded lounging, outdoor dining, sun chairs, and a private pool overlooking the golf course, lake, palms, and surrounding greenery.
Inside, the condo feels bright and welcoming, with soft neutral tones, wood details, and cozy seating areas made for slow mornings, shared meals, and evenings together. The kitchen includes a large island with bar seating, while the dining area offers plenty of space for gathering around the table.
The bedrooms continue the calm, easy atmosphere, with clean bedding, natural textures, TVs, ceiling fans, and access to private or shared outdoor areas in several rooms. Bathrooms are spacious and fresh, with glass showers, double vanities, and a soaking tub visible in the primary bathroom. From quiet balcony corners to the generous terrace by the pool, Condo Allegra offers many places to unwind, read, share a drink, or simply enjoy the view.

- Early check-in and late check-out available on request (subject to availability)
- Concierge will greet you on arrival and walk you through the property
- Full refund if cancelled 90+ days before arrival
- 50% refund if cancelled 61–89 days before arrival
- No refund within 60 days of arrival
- Peak weeks are non-refundable
- Staff working hours: 8 am to 4 pm
- Security deposit equivalent to one night is required (Refunded after departure inspection)
