Condo Aquila is a welcoming Punta Mita retreat designed around easy indoor-outdoor living, open gathering spaces, and views that stretch across the golf course toward the ocean. The main living area feels bright and relaxed, with a spacious sectional lounge, dining area, and open kitchen that connect naturally to the terrace through wide glass doors.
Outside, the shaded terrace becomes the heart of the stay. A private pool looks out over the green landscape and the sea, with lounge seating, an outdoor dining table, and covered areas for slow mornings, long lunches, and relaxed evenings together. The setting feels open and peaceful, framed by palms, tropical greenery, and soft ocean views.
The bedrooms continue the calm, comfortable feel of the condo. One bedroom opens toward the terrace and ocean views, while another offers two beds and a bright, restful setting. A bunk-style room adds a playful and practical space, with multiple beds, a TV, and access to greenery outside. Bathrooms are spacious and clean, with double vanities, walk-in showers, and soaking tubs visible in the photos.

- Early check-in and late check-out available on request (subject to availability)
- Concierge will greet you on arrival and walk you through the property
- Full refund if cancelled 90+ days before arrival
- 50% refund if cancelled 61–89 days before arrival
- No refund within 60 days of arrival
- Peak weeks are non-refundable
- Staff working hours: 8 am to 4 pm
- Security deposit equivalent to one night is required (Refunded after departure inspection)
