Golf Course Condo
Condo Aralia is a welcoming retreat with generous indoor and outdoor spaces designed for easy days in Punta Mita. The main living area opens to a large shaded terrace, creating a smooth connection between the lounge, dining area, kitchen, and outdoor seating. From here, guests can enjoy views of the golf course, palm trees, nearby pools, and the ocean in the distance.
Inside, the condo offers a spacious living room with comfortable seating, a dining area for shared meals, and a full kitchen with a large island and bar seating. Dark wood ceilings and cabinetry add warmth, while wide windows and sliding doors bring in natural light and frame the surrounding greenery.
The bedrooms feel calm and comfortable, with a mix of king, double, and bunk beds visible in the photos. Several rooms include sitting areas, TVs, and ensuite bathrooms with marble finishes, soaking tubs, glass showers, and double vanities. The primary bedroom opens toward green views and has a relaxed seating corner by the window.
The covered terrace is one of the home’s main gathering spaces, with lounge seating, an outdoor dining table, and open views across the grounds. It is an inviting place for morning coffee, afternoon rest, or relaxed evenings after a day outside. A golf cart is also shown at the entrance, adding ease for moving around the area.

- Concierge will greet you on arrival and walk you through the property
- Full refund if cancelled 90+ days before arrival
- 50% refund if cancelled 61–89 days before arrival
- No refund within 60 days of arrival
- Peak weeks are non-refundable
- Staff working hours: 8 am to 4 pm
- Security deposit equivalent to one night is required (Refunded after departure inspection)
