Condo Areca is a welcoming ground-level retreat with open spaces that flow easily between the indoors and the terrace. The living, dining, and kitchen areas share a relaxed layout, with sliding glass doors that connect to a shaded outdoor lounge and dining area surrounded by greenery.
The terrace is made for easy days outside, with comfortable seating, sun loungers, a grill area, and views toward the surrounding gardens and palms. Just beyond the residence, the shared pool area offers more space to unwind under umbrellas, enjoy the sun, or spend time together outdoors.
Inside, the condo feels bright and calm, with natural wood accents, soft neutral tones, and touches of blue that bring a coastal feel to the rooms. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, with sitting areas, garden views, and bathrooms finished with stone, glass showers, and a soaking tub in one of the baths.

- Early check-in and late check-out available on request (subject to availability)
- Concierge will greet you on arrival and walk you through the property
- Full refund if cancelled 90+ days before arrival
- 50% refund if cancelled 61–89 days before arrival
- No refund within 60 days of arrival
- Peak weeks are non-refundable
- Staff working hours: 8 am to 4 pm
- Security deposit equivalent to one night is required (Refunded after departure inspection)
