Condo Balboa invites guests into a relaxed coastal setting where indoor comfort opens naturally to the outdoors. The main living area brings together a comfortable lounge, dining space, and fully equipped kitchen, creating an easy flow for shared meals, quiet mornings, and evenings together. Warm wood accents, soft neutral tones, and natural textures give the home a calm, welcoming feel without taking attention away from the views.
Large sliding doors connect the interiors to a spacious covered terrace with several seating areas, an outdoor dining table, loungers, and a pool overlooking tropical greenery and the ocean beyond. It is a natural gathering point throughout the day, whether for coffee in the shade, reading with the breeze, or relaxing after time outside.
The bedrooms continue the same peaceful atmosphere, with bright spaces, wood details, ceiling fans, and access to terraces or garden views in several rooms. Some bedrooms look toward the ocean, while others open to greenery and private outdoor corners. Bathrooms are spacious and finished with stone, glass showers, double vanities in several rooms, and freestanding tubs in select suites.

- Early check-in and late check-out available on request (subject to availability)
- Concierge will greet you on arrival and walk you through the property
- Full refund if cancelled 90+ days before arrival
- 50% refund if cancelled 61–89 days before arrival
- No refund within 60 days of arrival
- Peak weeks are non-refundable
- Staff working hours: 8 am to 4 pm
- Security deposit equivalent to one night is required (Refunded after departure inspection)
