Condo Cuenco is a welcoming ocean-view condo designed for easy indoor-outdoor living. The main living area opens wide to a generous covered terrace, creating a natural flow between the lounge, dining area, kitchen, and outdoor spaces. Inside, warm wood tones, soft textures, and abundant greenery give the condo a relaxed coastal feel without taking attention away from the views.
The terrace is the heart of the home, with a private pool, outdoor dining table, comfortable seating areas, ceiling fans, and open views toward the ocean, surrounding greenery, and evening skies. It is an inviting place for slow mornings, long meals, quiet afternoons by the water, or sunset gatherings.
The kitchen is open and spacious, with a large island and seating, making it easy to cook, gather, or keep conversation going while meals are prepared. Several lounge and dining areas throughout the condo offer room to spread out, whether guests want to watch a movie, read, work, or spend time together.
Bedrooms feel calm and restful, with soft neutral tones, natural materials, and access to outdoor views in the rooms shown. Bathrooms are clean and spacious, with glass showers, double vanities in the main bath, and a freestanding tub. - Early check-in and late check-out available on request (subject to availability)
- Concierge will greet you on arrival and walk you through the property
- Full refund if cancelled 90+ days before arrival
- 50% refund if cancelled 61–89 days before arrival
- No refund within 60 days of arrival
- Peak weeks are non-refundable
- Staff working hours: 8 am to 4 pm
- Security deposit equivalent to one night is required (Refunded after departure inspection)
