Condo Peonia is a welcoming beachfront condo with wide ocean views, open gathering spaces, and an easy indoor-outdoor flow. The main living area connects the lounge, dining room, and kitchen, creating a comfortable setting for shared meals, quiet afternoons, or evenings together after time on the beach.
Large glass doors open to a spacious covered terrace with outdoor dining, lounge seating, and views of the beach, palm trees, pool, and blue water beyond. This outdoor area is one of the home’s main spaces, ideal for long breakfasts, relaxed conversations, or simply enjoying the breeze with the ocean in front of you.
Inside, the condo offers a warm mix of wood details, polished floors, and comfortable seating. The kitchen is open to the living and dining areas, making it easy for guests to spend time together throughout the day. Bedrooms are bright and restful, with king, twin, and bunk-style sleeping spaces visible in the photos, along with TVs, sitting areas, and large windows or terrace access in select rooms.
Bathrooms include walk-in showers, soaking tubs, and natural finishes that add to the calm feel of the home. With its beachfront setting, generous terrace, and inviting layout, Condo Peonia is a relaxed home base for families or groups looking to enjoy Punta Mita with the ocean close by.

- Concierge will greet you on arrival and walk you through the property
- Full refund if cancelled 90+ days before arrival
- 50% refund if cancelled 61–89 days before arrival
- No refund within 60 days of arrival
- Peak weeks are non-refundable
- Staff working hours: 8 am to 4 pm
- Security deposit equivalent to one night is required (Refunded after departure inspection)
