Condo Raya is a welcoming ocean-view retreat designed around light, comfort, and the natural beauty of the coast. Its open living and dining areas connect directly to a wide covered terrace, creating an easy flow between indoor relaxation and outdoor gathering. Large sliding glass doors frame the water and greenery, while soft neutral tones and warm wood details give the home a calm, inviting feel.
The terrace is the heart of the experience, with a private infinity pool overlooking the ocean, lounge seating for slow afternoons, an outdoor dining area, and a built-in grill for relaxed meals with a view. Bedrooms continue the same restful atmosphere, with clean linens, natural textures, sitting areas, and direct access to balconies or terraces. Some rooms open to ocean views, while others look toward the surrounding greenery.
Inside, the condo includes comfortable living spaces, a modern kitchen with counter seating, dining areas for shared meals, and bathrooms with double vanities and glass showers. From morning coffee on the balcony to sunset by the pool, Condo Raya offers a peaceful setting for enjoying the coast with space to rest, gather, and take in the view.

- Early check-in and late check-out available on request (subject to availability)
- Concierge will greet you on arrival and walk you through the property
- Full refund if cancelled 90+ days before arrival
- 50% refund if cancelled 61–89 days before arrival
- No refund within 60 days of arrival
- Peak weeks are non-refundable
- Staff working hours: 8 am to 4 pm
- Security deposit equivalent to one night is required (Refunded after departure inspection)
