La Punta 1 is a welcoming beachfront home where ocean views shape much of the stay. Bedrooms open toward the water, the garden, or shaded terraces, creating an easy connection between indoor comfort and the surrounding coastline.
Outdoor living is central here, with a private pool set beside the ocean, lounge chairs under umbrellas, covered seating areas, and open lawns framed by palms and tropical landscaping. The terraces offer several places to relax throughout the day, from quiet morning coffee to sunset meals with the sound of the waves nearby.
Inside, the home has a warm, traditional feel with wood details, stone accents, vaulted ceilings, and soft seating areas that invite rest between time outdoors. The bedrooms feel calm and spacious, with large openings to the garden or ocean-facing terraces, while the bathrooms feature generous vanities, natural stone, and wood finishes.
La Punta 1 also includes thoughtful spaces for longer stays, including a gym, shaded outdoor dining, and garden areas with a stone fire pit. With the pool, terraces, and ocean views all close at hand, the home offers a relaxed setting for guests to gather, unwind, and enjoy the rhythm of the coast.

- Early check-in and late check-out available on request (subject to availability)
- Concierge will greet you on arrival and walk you through the property
- Full refund if cancelled 90+ days before arrival
- 50% refund if cancelled 61–89 days before arrival
- No refund within 60 days of arrival
- Peak weeks are non-refundable
- Staff working hours: 8 am to 4 pm
- Security deposit equivalent to one night is required (Refunded after departure inspection)
