La Punta 14 is a welcoming oceanfront retreat designed around light, fresh air, and time together by the water. The home opens to a wide pool terrace with loungers, shaded seating, a circular spa, and direct views toward the beach, creating an easy flow between swimming, resting, and enjoying the ocean breeze.
At the heart of the property, a spacious open-air palapa brings everyone together with generous lounge seating and a long dining table facing the sea. Nearby, the outdoor bar and grill area, garden paths, and sandy fire pit create inviting places for relaxed afternoons and evenings at sunset.
Inside, the spaces feel bright and calm, with warm wood details, clean lines, large glass doors, and views of tropical greenery throughout. The bedrooms are peaceful and spacious, many opening toward gardens, terraces, or ocean views, with comfortable sitting areas that make them feel restful throughout the day. Bathrooms are airy and simple, with natural light, large vanities, and garden-facing details.

- Concierge will greet you on arrival and walk you through the property
- Full refund if cancelled 90+ days before arrival
- 50% refund if cancelled 61–89 days before arrival
- No refund within 60 days of arrival
- Peak weeks are non-refundable
- Staff working hours: 8 am to 4 pm
- Security deposit equivalent to one night is required (Refunded after departure inspection)
