La Punta 24 is an oceanfront retreat designed around water, light, and a calm connection to the outdoors. Reflecting pools, palm-lined pathways, and garden courtyards create a peaceful arrival, leading toward open views of the ocean and wide spaces for spending the day outside.
The outdoor areas invite an easy rhythm of rest and gathering, with sun loungers, umbrellas, shaded terraces, and a palapa-style dining area facing the water. Multiple pools and shallow water features flow through the property, adding a quiet sense of movement and freshness throughout the home.
Inside, the spaces feel bright, open, and comfortable. Large sliding doors connect the living and dining areas to the pool, gardens, and ocean views, while soft seating, natural textures, and clean finishes keep the atmosphere relaxed. The kitchen is spacious and modern, with island seating and direct access to the surrounding outdoor areas.
Bedrooms are calm and generous, with neutral tones, seating areas, and views toward gardens, water features, or the ocean. Several rooms open directly to terraces or outdoor spaces, making it easy to move between rest, fresh air, and the sound of the surroundings.

- Concierge will greet you on arrival and walk you through the property
- 90+ days before arrival: 100% refund, less a 5% processing fee
- 60–89 days before arrival: 50% refund, less a 5% processing fee
- Within 60 days of arrival: no refund
- One date change allowed at no fee if requested 90+ days before arrival
- No refund for no-shows or early departures

- Staff working hours: 8 am to 4 pm
- Security deposit equivalent to one night is required (Refunded after departure inspection)
