The home opens toward the water with wide terraces, shaded lounges, and a long infinity pool that reflects the palms, sky, and sunset.
Outdoor spaces are central to the experience, with oceanfront loungers, umbrellas on the lawn, a fire feature by the pool, and a large palapa with dining, lounge seating, and an outdoor kitchen area. From morning coffee by the garden to sunset dinners facing the water, the home offers many ways to spend time together while staying connected to the beach.
Inside, La Punta 4 feels warm and relaxed, with high wood-beam ceilings, stone accents, soft neutral tones, and large openings that bring in natural light and garden views. The living areas are spacious and comfortable, while the dining room offers a long table framed by greenery for shared meals.
Bedrooms continue the calm atmosphere, with generous layouts, sitting areas, garden terraces, and views toward the ocean or surrounding landscape. Bathrooms are bright and spacious, some opening to private garden areas with outdoor tubs and stone details.
The home also includes spaces for play, movement, and quiet renewal, including a game room with billiards and foosball, a media room, a gym, and a massage room. - Full refund if cancelled 90+ days before arrival
- 50% refund if cancelled 61–89 days before arrival
- No refund within 60 days of arrival
- Peak weeks are non-refundable
- Staff working hours: 8 am to 4 pm
- Security deposit equivalent to one night is required (Refunded after departure inspection)
