Las Vistas 1 is a welcoming coastal retreat with wide ocean views, bright interiors, and outdoor spaces made for easy days under the sun. The home opens toward a private pool and terrace, creating a natural flow between indoor comfort and time spent outside.
The shared areas feel spacious and relaxed, with an open living room, dining area, and kitchen designed for gathering. Large glass doors bring in natural light and connect the interior to the terrace, where guests can enjoy shaded seating, poolside lounging, and views across the water.
Bedrooms are calm and comfortable, with soft neutral tones, wood details, and large windows that bring in light and, in some rooms, open toward the surrounding landscape or ocean views. Bathrooms feel clean and airy, with stone finishes, glass showers, and warm wood cabinetry.
From quiet mornings on the terrace to long afternoons by the pool and shared meals with the view in the background, Las Vistas 1 offers a peaceful setting for guests to unwind, reconnect, and enjoy the coast.

- Early check-in and late check-out available on request (subject to availability)
- Concierge will greet you on arrival and walk you through the property
- Full refund if cancelled 90+ days before arrival
- 50% refund if cancelled 61–89 days before arrival
- No refund within 60 days of arrival
- Peak weeks are non-refundable
- Staff working hours: 8 am to 4 pm
- Security deposit equivalent to one night is required (Refunded after departure inspection)
