Bedrooms are calm and spacious, with soft bedding, large windows, and in some rooms, direct access to outdoor areas or ocean views. Bathrooms are clean and airy, with glass showers, stone counters, wood cabinetry, and one bathroom with a freestanding tub.

- Full refund if cancelled 90+ days before arrival
- 50% refund if cancelled 61–89 days before arrival
- No refund within 60 days of arrival
- Peak weeks are non-refundable
- Staff working hours: 8 am to 4 pm
- Security deposit equivalent to one night is required (Refunded after departure inspection)
