Ranchos 5 is a beachfront home designed around open-air living, ocean views, and generous spaces for gathering. The main palapa brings together a long dining table, comfortable lounge seating, a bar area, and wide openings toward the water, creating a natural place for meals, conversation, and relaxed afternoons by the sea.
Outside, the home opens to a broad deck framed by palms, ocean views, and a long pool that reflects the surrounding landscape at sunset. Lounge chairs, shaded seating, and open terraces offer several places to rest throughout the day, whether guests want to be close to the water, enjoy the garden, or gather under the warm light of the palapa.
The interiors continue the same welcoming rhythm, with warm wood, natural textures, and spaces that connect easily to the outdoors. Bedrooms feel calm and spacious, with views toward the ocean or surrounding palms, while the shared areas include cozy media spaces, a piano room, spa-style treatment rooms, and game areas with pool, ping pong, and bowling.

- Concierge will greet you on arrival and walk you through the property
- Full refund if cancelled 90+ days before arrival
- 50% refund if cancelled 61–89 days before arrival
- No refund within 60 days of arrival
- Peak weeks are non-refundable
- Staff working hours: 8 am to 4 pm
- Security deposit equivalent to one night is required (Refunded after departure inspection)
