Ranchos 8A is a welcoming oceanfront villa designed around open views, easy outdoor living, and relaxed time together by the water. The home opens toward a broad terrace where the pool, loungers, umbrellas, and shaded dining areas create a natural gathering place throughout the day.
The outdoor spaces feel calm and generous, with a green lawn leading toward the shoreline, palm trees framing the setting, and wide views across the bay. Guests can move easily from sunny poolside afternoons to long meals under the covered terrace, with the ocean always close in sight.
Inside, the living and dining areas connect directly to the terrace through large openings, bringing in light, breeze, and the colors of the water. The interiors are clean and comfortable, with natural textures, warm wood details, and spacious seating areas that support both quiet moments and shared time.
The villa also includes serene bedroom and bathroom spaces with a soft, modern feel. A large bathroom with a freestanding tub, glass shower, and ocean-facing light adds to the sense of calm and comfort.

- Concierge will greet you on arrival and walk you through the property
- Full refund if cancelled 90+ days before arrival
- 50% refund if cancelled 61–89 days before arrival
- No refund within 60 days of arrival
- Peak weeks are non-refundable
- Staff working hours: 8 am to 4 pm
- Security deposit equivalent to one night is required (Refunded after departure inspection)
