The main living and dining space opens fully toward the terrace, creating an easy flow from the sofa and dining table to the pool, shaded lounge, and the blue horizon beyond.
Outdoors, the home offers a private pool, sun loungers, covered seating, and an outdoor dining area with a built-in grill. The terrace is designed for slow mornings, relaxed afternoons by the water, and evenings spent enjoying the breeze with views of the bay and surrounding hills.
Inside, the spaces feel bright and comfortable, with high ceilings, warm wood details, soft neutral tones, and large glass doors that bring in natural light. The kitchen, dining, and living areas are connected, making it easy for guests to gather while still enjoying the peaceful setting.

- Full refund if cancelled 90+ days before arrival
- 50% refund if cancelled 61–89 days before arrival
- No refund within 60 days of arrival
- Peak weeks are non-refundable
- Staff working hours: 8 am to 4 pm
- Security deposit equivalent to one night is required (Refunded after departure inspection)
