Villa Iris is a bright hillside retreat designed around wide ocean views, open terraces, and relaxed time outdoors. From its elevated setting, the home looks across the bay and coastline, creating a peaceful backdrop for mornings by the water, afternoons in the sun, and evenings with colorful sunsets.
The rooftop terrace is the heart of the experience, with an infinity pool, loungers, umbrellas, and a shaded bar area under a palapa roof. Glass edges and open sightlines keep the view present throughout the day, whether guests are swimming, resting by the pool, or gathering for drinks and meals.
Inside, the main living and dining areas feel warm and welcoming, with natural textures, a high palapa ceiling, soft seating, and a long dining table for shared meals. Large openings connect the interior to the terrace, allowing the sea breeze and bay views to become part of the home’s everyday rhythm.
Bedrooms continue the calm atmosphere with light tones, comfortable seating, and private terrace access or ocean views. Several rooms open directly to outdoor sitting areas, making it easy to start the day with coffee outside or enjoy a quiet moment overlooking the water.

- No refund within 60 days of arrival
- Peak weeks are non-refundable
- Staff working hours: 8 am to 4 pm
- Security deposit equivalent to one night is required (Refunded after departure inspection)
