Oceanfront Villa
Villa Kismet invites guests to experience the ocean from an elevated setting surrounded by tropical greenery and dramatic coastal rock formations. The infinity pool stretches toward the horizon, framed by a generous terrace with loungers, umbrellas, and several spaces for relaxing throughout the day or watching the sunset.
Beside the pool, an open-air palapa brings together a dining area, bar, and grill with uninterrupted views of the water. Large openings connect the terrace with the interior living spaces, allowing the ocean to remain part of the experience from the lounge, dining areas, and kitchen.
The bedrooms feel spacious and restful, with sitting areas, private terraces, or wide windows overlooking the sea and surrounding landscape. The bathrooms offer generous layouts, glass-enclosed showers, and, in some rooms, soaking tubs positioned beside ocean-facing windows.
The property also includes a game room with a pool table and foldaway bed, along with separate living spaces and kitchens that provide added comfort for families or groups. With open interiors, oceanfront terraces, and inviting areas for gathering or unwinding, Villa Kismet offers a relaxed coastal stay from morning through evening.

- Full refund if cancelled 90+ days before arrival
- 50% refund if cancelled 61–89 days before arrival
- No refund within 60 days of arrival
- Peak weeks are non-refundable
- Staff working hours: 8 am to 4 pm
- Security deposit equivalent to one night is required (Refunded after departure inspection)
