Villa Marea Alta is an oceanfront retreat where the water feels close from nearly every space. The home looks out over the bay, palms, rocks, and beach, with wide views that set a calm rhythm for mornings, afternoons by the pool, and sunset evenings on the terraces.
Outdoor living is at the heart of the stay. An infinity pool faces the ocean, while covered terraces offer places to dine, lounge, and enjoy the breeze. A beachfront setting is visible from above, with sand, palm shade, and rocky coastline just below the villa, creating a natural connection between the home and the shore.
Inside, the spaces feel warm and welcoming, with terracotta floors, arched openings, wood details, and blue accents that echo the sea. The living room opens toward the view, creating an easy indoor-outdoor flow, while the kitchen and sitting areas offer comfortable places for guests to gather.
Bedrooms continue the relaxed coastal atmosphere, with ocean-facing balconies, sitting areas, and colorful details. Several rooms open directly to views of the water, giving guests quiet places to wake up slowly, read, or enjoy the sound and sight of the ocean.

- Early check-in and late check-out available on request (subject to availability)
- Concierge will greet you on arrival and walk you through the property
- Full refund if cancelled 90+ days before arrival
- 50% refund if cancelled 61–89 days before arrival
- No refund within 60 days of arrival
- Peak weeks are non-refundable
- Staff working hours: 8 am to 4 pm
- Security deposit equivalent to one night is required (Refunded after departure inspection)
