Villa Perla is a welcoming retreat designed around outdoor living, ocean views, and easy days in the sun. The home opens to a private pool terrace with lounge chairs, umbrellas, a shaded dining area, and a built-in grill, creating a natural gathering place for slow mornings, relaxed lunches, and afternoons by the water.
Inside, the living and dining areas feel bright and open, with sliding glass doors connecting the interiors to the terrace and pool. The kitchen sits close to the social spaces, making it easy to move between cooking, dining, and enjoying the view. Warm wood details, light floors, woven seating, and colorful artwork add a relaxed coastal feel without taking attention away from the surrounding landscape.
Bedrooms offer a comfortable sense of privacy, with several rooms opening to terraces or garden-facing outdoor spaces. One bedroom features wide ocean views from bed and a private balcony with lounge seating, while another includes a loft-style sleeping area and access to an outdoor terrace. Bathrooms are spacious and finished with stone counters, wood cabinetry, and glass showers.

- Concierge will greet you on arrival and walk you through the property
- Full refund if cancelled 90+ days before arrival
- 50% refund if cancelled 61–89 days before arrival
- No refund within 60 days of arrival
- Peak weeks are non-refundable
- Staff working hours: 8 am to 4 pm
- Security deposit equivalent to one night is required (Refunded after departure inspection)
