Golf Course Condo
Condo Ara is a bright ocean-view retreat designed for relaxed days between the terrace, pool, and open living spaces. The main living area connects seamlessly to a covered outdoor lounge and dining terrace, creating an easy flow for morning coffee, long lunches, and evenings with the sea in view. A private plunge pool looks out over the golf course, palm trees, and the Pacific, with shaded seating areas nearby for quiet afternoons outdoors.
Inside, the condo features a spacious living room, dining area, and modern kitchen with warm wood finishes and plenty of natural light. The bedrooms continue the calm, comfortable feel, with wood accents, soft bedding, ceiling fans, and sliding doors that open toward balconies or outdoor views. Bathrooms are generous and serene, with double vanities, stone finishes, soaking tubs, and glass-enclosed showers.
With ocean, golf course, and mountain views from different parts of the home, Condo Ara invites guests to settle into an easy rhythm of rest, connection, and open-air living.

- Early check-in and late check-out available on request (subject to availability)
- Concierge will greet you on arrival and walk you through the property
- Full refund if cancelled 90+ days before arrival
- 50% refund if cancelled 61–89 days before arrival
- No refund within 60 days of arrival
- Peak weeks are non-refundable
- Staff working hours: 8 am to 4 pm
- Security deposit equivalent to one night is required (Refunded after departure inspection)
