Golf Course Condo
Condo Joya is designed for easy indoor-outdoor living, with wide openings that connect the main living area to a spacious covered terrace overlooking the golf course, palm trees, and the ocean beyond. The terrace brings together a private pool, shaded lounge seating, an outdoor dining table, and a hammock, creating a relaxed setting for slow mornings, long afternoons, and sunset evenings by the water.
Inside, the condo feels bright, comfortable, and open. The living room, dining area, and kitchen share one flowing space, with soft neutral tones, warm wood details, and large glass doors that keep the ocean view present throughout the day. The kitchen includes a large island with bar seating, while the dining table offers a welcoming spot for shared meals indoors.
The bedroom shown opens toward a private balcony with views of the ocean and green landscape, offering a calm place to rest after a day in Punta Mita. The bathroom includes double sinks, a soaking tub, and a glass-enclosed shower, adding comfort and ease to the stay.

- Early check-in and late check-out available on request (subject to availability)
- Concierge will greet you on arrival and walk you through the property
- Full refund if cancelled 90+ days before arrival
- 50% refund if cancelled 61–89 days before arrival
- No refund within 60 days of arrival
- Peak weeks are non-refundable
- Staff working hours: 8 am to 4 pm
- Security deposit equivalent to one night is required (Refunded after departure inspection)
