Golf Course Condo
Condo Nautica is a spacious ocean-view residence designed for easy, relaxed living by the coast. Its open layout connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen with a wide covered terrace, creating a natural flow between indoor comfort and outdoor gathering spaces.
The main living area features comfortable seating, a large dining table, and a bright kitchen with island seating, making it ideal for shared meals, quiet mornings, and time together after a day outside. Large sliding doors open to the terrace, where guests can enjoy shaded lounge areas, outdoor dining, and wide views of the ocean, greenery, and surrounding landscape.
The terrace is one of the home’s most inviting spaces, with an infinity pool overlooking the water and multiple seating areas for relaxing throughout the day. Bedrooms continue the calm coastal feel, with soft neutral tones, wood details, generous natural light, and private balconies in several rooms. Some bedrooms offer ocean, golf course, or garden views, while bathrooms include glass showers, soaking tubs, and warm wood finishes.
Condo Nautica offers a welcoming balance of comfort, views, and open-air living, with plenty of space to rest, gather, and enjoy the Punta Mita setting.

- Early check-in and late check-out available on request (subject to availability)
- Concierge will greet you on arrival and walk you through the property
- Full refund if cancelled 90+ days before arrival
- 50% refund if cancelled 61–89 days before arrival
- No refund within 60 days of arrival
- Peak weeks are non-refundable
- Staff working hours: 8 am to 4 pm
- Security deposit equivalent to one night is required (Refunded after departure inspection)
