Penthouse ArenaMar is a spacious ocean-view retreat designed for relaxed days by the water and easy time together. Wide sliding doors connect the main living and dining areas to a covered terrace, creating a natural flow between the indoors and the ocean-facing outdoor spaces. The terrace offers several places to sit, dine, and unwind while looking out over the water, surrounding greenery, and distant coastline.
Inside, the penthouse feels open and calm, with generous lounge areas, a large dining table, and a modern kitchen with an island and bar seating. Soft neutral tones, warm wood details, and simple coastal accents create a welcoming setting without taking attention away from the views. Multiple living spaces allow guests to gather, watch a movie, or enjoy quieter moments throughout the day.
The bedrooms are bright and restful, with several opening directly to private terraces or balconies. Sleeping arrangements visible in the photos include king, double, and bunk beds, offering flexibility for families or groups. Bathrooms are spacious and clean, with double vanities, glass showers, stone finishes, and, in the primary bathroom, a freestanding tub with ocean views through wood shutters.
Outdoor living is a highlight of the penthouse. In addition to the covered terraces, the rooftop-style pool area offers wide views of the ocean, coastline, and surrounding hills, with loungers, shaded seating, and a built-in grill area visible in the photos. - Full refund if cancelled 90+ days before arrival
- 50% refund if cancelled 61–89 days before arrival
- No refund within 60 days of arrival
- Peak weeks are non-refundable
- Staff working hours: 8 am to 4 pm
- Security deposit equivalent to one night is required (Refunded after departure inspection)
