PH Bugambilia is a spacious ocean-view penthouse designed for easy indoor-outdoor living. Large sliding doors connect the main living and dining areas with a generous covered terrace, where the views open toward the Pacific, palm trees, rooftops, golf course, bay, and surrounding mountains.
The main social areas feel bright and welcoming, with a comfortable lounge, a large dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with island seating. Outside, the terrace becomes the heart of the stay, with several areas to gather, dine, sunbathe, or simply enjoy the breeze. A private pool with wide ocean views adds a calm place to cool off during the day, while shaded seating areas invite long afternoons and relaxed evenings.
The bedrooms continue the connection to the outdoors, many with direct access to terraces or balconies and views of the sea or surrounding landscape. Bathrooms are spacious and include walk-in showers, soaking tubs, double vanities, and natural light. A bunk-style room offers a practical and cheerful space for additional guests.

- Concierge will greet you on arrival and walk you through the property
- Full refund if cancelled 90+ days before arrival
- 50% refund if cancelled 61–89 days before arrival
- No refund within 60 days of arrival
- Peak weeks are non-refundable
- Staff working hours: 8 am to 4 pm
- Security deposit equivalent to one night is required (Refunded after departure inspection)
