PH Prima Vista welcomes guests into a bright, open residence where indoor comfort flows naturally toward wide outdoor terraces and sweeping views of the ocean, golf course, mountains, and coastline. The main living area opens through large sliding doors to a covered terrace, creating an easy setting for morning coffee, shared meals, quiet afternoons, and sunset gatherings.
The home features a comfortable lounge, a large dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with a central island and bar seating. Warm wood ceilings, natural textures, and soft neutral tones add a relaxed coastal feel without taking attention away from the views.
Outdoor living is central to the experience. The terrace offers multiple seating areas, shaded dining spaces, lounge chairs, a private pool, and open sightlines across the water and surrounding greenery. Bedrooms are calm and welcoming, with several opening to private terraces or ocean views. Bathrooms include spacious vanities, glass showers, and soaking tubs in select rooms.

- Early check-in and late check-out available on request (subject to availability)
- Concierge will greet you on arrival and walk you through the property
- Full refund if cancelled 90+ days before arrival
- 50% refund if cancelled 61–89 days before arrival
- No refund within 60 days of arrival
- Peak weeks are non-refundable
- Staff working hours: 8 am to 4 pm
- Security deposit equivalent to one night is required (Refunded after departure inspection)
