Tau 131 is a welcoming coastal condo with wide ocean views, warm interiors, and a terrace designed for slow, easy days outdoors. The private pool sits along the edge of the covered terrace, creating a calm place to cool off while looking toward the water, palms, and distant islands.
The main living area opens fully to the terrace, allowing the lounge, dining space, and outdoor seating to feel connected to the view. Inside, soft neutral tones, wood furnishings, and natural textures create a relaxed setting for gathering, sharing meals, or unwinding after time in the sun.
Bedrooms feel quiet and comfortable, with crisp bedding, warm wood details, and private terrace access in the ocean-facing rooms. Bathrooms are spacious and bright, with stone finishes, glass showers, and soaking tubs in select spaces.

- Early check-in and late check-out available on request (subject to availability)
- Concierge will greet you on arrival and walk you through the property
- Full refund if cancelled 90+ days before arrival
- 50% refund if cancelled 61–89 days before arrival
- No refund within 60 days of arrival
- Peak weeks are non-refundable
- Staff working hours: 8 am to 4 pm
- Security deposit equivalent to one night is required (Refunded after departure inspection)
