The home opens toward the pool, lawn, and golf course views, creating an easy connection between the living room, dining areas, outdoor lounge, and sun deck.
The main social areas feel bright and spacious, with large sliding doors that invite natural light and allow the interiors to flow directly outside. Guests can gather around the indoor dining table, enjoy the comfortable living room, or step onto the covered terrace for outdoor meals, casual lounging, and time by the grill and bar area.
Outside, Villa Brezza offers a private pool, sun loungers with umbrellas, hammocks, a fire pit seating area, and wide green spaces that look across the golf course. The upper terrace adds another quiet place to sit and take in the open views toward the mountains, treetops, and distant ocean.
The home has 4 bedrooms, plus an additional bedroom next to the laundry room that is suitable for staff. Bedrooms are calm and inviting, with soft neutral tones, wood details, TVs, seating areas, and large windows or terrace access in several rooms. Bathrooms are spacious and bright, with glass showers, stone finishes, double vanities in several suites, and freestanding tubs in select bathrooms.

- Concierge will greet you on arrival and walk you through the property
- Full refund if cancelled 90+ days before arrival
- 50% refund if cancelled 61–89 days before arrival
- No refund within 60 days of arrival
- Peak weeks are non-refundable
- Staff working hours: 8 am to 4 pm
- Security deposit equivalent to one night is required (Refunded after departure inspection)
