Villa Llamas is designed for easy days outdoors, with wide covered terraces, a private pool, generous lounge areas, and green views across the golf course. The main living spaces open fully to the terrace, creating a relaxed flow between the sofa lounge, dining area, kitchen, pool deck, and garden.
Outside, guests can enjoy shaded seating, sun loungers with umbrellas, an outdoor dining area, and a covered bar with grill. The pool sits alongside a broad lawn and tropical landscaping, offering a calm setting for mornings in the sun, afternoon swims, and evenings by the water.
Inside, the home feels bright and comfortable, with an open living room, large dining table, modern kitchen, and soft natural textures throughout. Bedrooms are spacious and peaceful, with a mix of king, double-bed, and bunk accommodations visible in the photos. Several rooms connect to terraces or garden views, adding to the indoor-outdoor feeling of the house.
Bathrooms are clean and airy, with glass showers, stone finishes, and in one suite, a freestanding bathtub beside large windows. From the upper level and aerial views, the villa also enjoys glimpses of the bay and surrounding Punta Mita landscape.

- Concierge will greet you on arrival and walk you through the property
- Full refund if cancelled 90+ days before arrival
- 50% refund if cancelled 61–89 days before arrival
- No refund within 60 days of arrival
- Peak weeks are non-refundable
- Staff working hours: 8 am to 4 pm
- Security deposit equivalent to one night is required (Refunded after departure inspection)
