Condo Escrita is a bright ocean-view condo designed around fresh air, natural light, and relaxed time together. The main living area opens fully to a large covered terrace, creating an easy flow between the lounge, dining room, kitchen, and outdoor spaces. Soft blue accents, warm wood details, and coastal textures give the home a calm, welcoming feel without taking attention away from the views.
The terrace is one of the home’s most inviting spaces, with several seating areas, outdoor dining, a grill area, and a private pool overlooking the ocean, palm trees, and surrounding landscape. It is made for slow breakfasts, sunny afternoons, sunset drinks, and open-air dinners with the water as the backdrop.
Inside, the condo offers a spacious living room, dining area, and bright kitchen with bar seating, creating comfortable places to gather throughout the day. The bedrooms continue the relaxed atmosphere, with ocean or garden views, private balconies or terraces in several rooms, sitting areas, and warm wood finishes. Bathrooms are spacious and serene, with glass showers, double vanities, and soaking tubs in select suites.

- Early check-in and late check-out available on request (subject to availability)
- Concierge will greet you on arrival and walk you through the property
- Full refund if cancelled 90+ days before arrival
- 50% refund if cancelled 61–89 days before arrival
- No refund within 60 days of arrival
- Peak weeks are non-refundable
- Staff working hours: 8 am to 4 pm
- Security deposit equivalent to one night is required (Refunded after departure inspection)
